REAR EXTENSION & NEW BUILD GARAGE
Instructed directly by the client to carry out complex groundworks where extensive piling works were needed and required appointment of specialist contractors.
Working with a local architectural firm, both extension and garage were constructed sympathetically best matching materials to that of the main dwelling with full width crittal doors framing the beautifully presented large family room and view out to rear garden.
Due to the large collection of mature trees in the area, we were required to co-ordinate with a local authority appointed arboriculturalist to ensure conservation concerns were met and satisfied.
Our dedicated project manager oversaw the full scope of works and client management throughout, which became especially challenging when the pandemic occurred mid-build.
