A Grade II listed Georgian gem, this property was originally built for the officers of the Royal Navy in the historic town of Rochester. The property was sadly vacant for over a decade and was left in a state of huge disrepair.

Working on a joint venture basis with an established property developer, over the course of 9 months PJC carried out an extensive renovation on the entire property and grounds. Working closely alongside English Heritage, we ensured the property was restored in adherence to their guidelines. We approached the project with sensitivity to preserve the traditional importance and historical features, but with a complementary modern touch reflective of the present day.

This property promptly sold upon first viewing.
